The Broker's Workstation (TBW) features a fully integrated
Word Processor. This tool offers brokers the ability
to merge TBW data such as names and addresses into
custom document templates that may be prepared in
the course of operating your brokerage business. In
addition, the integrated word processor permits the
storage and retrieval of text documents within TBW
client folders. This places more client information
at users' fingertips and improves office efficiency.
The integrated word processor also offers many other
features users look for in a word processing application
such as numerous typefaces and styles, spell checking,
image insertion, and the ability to cut and paste
to and from other Windows applications.

Claims Management
The Broker's Workstation (TBW) includes a Claims tool
which allows a brokerage to manage its client's claims.
This feature is integrated into Intelliquote to allow
for claims to be incorporated into rating and underwriting.
